Windsor Art Award winner explores internal realm within public spectacle

The Windsor Art Award and $10,000 scholarship were presented to VCA PhD candidate, artist Celeste Chandler, at a gala party in the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Windsor last night. The artwork “Lovesick” located in the hotel’s classic dining room at 111 Spring Street was a reflection of the ‘masks’ we wear when in a public space.
