Learn how to take care of your body while you play and perform music. Increase your self-confidence and comfort as a musician. Participants in this 6-week workshop will experience a practical introduction to how the Alexander Technique can help the musician by improving powers of concentration, aural and rhythmic sensitivity through learning to integrate mind, body and music. Individual guidance and consultation will be available as well as many group explorations to build skills for peak musical performance.
